How to Order:
Ordering from Red Shoe Roasting is easy but is not automated at this time. All you need to do is send an email to orders@redshoeroasting.com detailing what you want and if you want to pick it up or have it shipped to you. You will receive an email back confirming your order and pricing.
Orders for pickup - There is no charge for picking up coffee. This is preferable to us, because we don’t like to ship.
Orders to be shipped - After we have arranged payment, your order will be roasted and shipped to you. There is a standard shipping charge of $20 for orders of 1-10 pounds. For one pound of coffee, that is a rip-off. For ten pounds of coffee, we will lose money on shipping. It is our hope that most orders will fall somewhere between those two numbers, but you are welcome to order any amount.
Shipping on orders over 10 pounds will be negotiated individually. Orders over 10 pounds may not be accepted depending on how busy we are. We are a micro-roaster and have limited capacity.
